Supporting staff with Reading for Pleasure: CPD
At TLLeeds22 I shared my understanding of effective CPD for staff on our school focus of Reading for Pleasure. I outlined the importance of evidence informed approaches to CPD based on the EEF Effective Professional Development Guidance report. My learning points from the implementation to date is the importance of ‘social support’, psychological safety and iterative practice. My slides can be found here
